Qigong movement and meditations offer many great benefits, including practices to improve sleep and digestion through mind-body connections, healing sounds, abdominal massage, and breath work, and movement. This class is experiential and informational, with handouts. You will gain basic knowledge of how the natural flow of the Taoist Five Elements (fire, earth, metal, water, wood) can affect our bodies, minds, and spirits - and practices to stay in sync with that flow.  Includes free high-quality guided meditation CD.
