Virtual Reiki I Class is the first of the Reiki series. It is an introduction to the history, uses, and basics of Reiki. Learn how to heal yourself and others with healing energy. Learn to utilize universal healing energy for relaxation, pain management, reduced anxiety, reduced depression, enhanced intuition and better over-all well being.
