Chi Self Massage to Aid Digestion

Learn simple abdominal self-massage and breath work to improve your digestion. This class will teach you specific steps to detox outer layers of the abdomen, soften and relax fascial and muscular layers, and gently massage the organs of your digestive system. This self-care practice comes from the Medical Qigong therapy called Chi Nei Tsang (“energy of inner organs”), which is a holistic, compassionate therapy that combines energy work, meridian acupressure and abdominal massage of vital organs to release negative emotions, free stagnant, blocked energy, and establish a healthy, balanced energy flow.
