QiGong Tips for a Relaxing Holiday

Learn several simple ways to calm holiday stress and anxiety with Qigong. We will do Qigong practices involving movement, mind/body connections, intention, breathing, guided meditation, posture, self-massage, and more. We will be standing, sitting and lying on the floor, so dress in loose, comfortable clothes. Expect to feel balanced, relaxed energy and a renewed focus on the pleasures and meaning of the holidays.  Cost $45  Instructor- Joy Black
