This is an in-person class for learning how to use acupressure to process stuck emotions, open the intuition and heal the Shen or spirit. Acupressure utilizes the knowledge from the ancient healing art of acupuncture and makes it more accessible by putting the healing in your hands. You will learn about different points that can be used for a variety of emotions.
