This course introduces the Five Elements of Personality—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—as a powerful framework rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine. Students will explore how the Five Elements or Wu Xing elemental archetypes influence the Shen, flow of Qi, expression of Jing, behavior, communication, and Chinese diagnostic patterns. By understanding these dynamics in themselves and others, practitioners can enhance diagnostic insight, strengthen patient rapport, and support emotional well-being. This course deepens clinical efficacy through the lens of Five Element Wu Xing theory.
